The established system has simple structure and independent operation of each system, lacks intelligence and interaction, does not construct intelligent Internet of Things management and control platform to collect dynamic data in real time, lacks intelligent analysis, centralized control, intelligent alarm, intelligent decision-making and automatic execution intelligent system, and cannot realize integrated centralized management and control of production, sales, scheduling and shipping.

Underground personnel positioning and environmental monitoring methods are backward, which cannot guarantee safe production; coal mining, tunneling, ventilation, air pressure, drainage, lifting transportation, water pump, power supply room, personnel positioning and other systems fail to realize centralized control and unified scheduling, with low safety coefficient and low efficiency.

Coal bunker environment monitoring and coal bunker material level are inaccurate; coal bunker discharging and loading manual mode has large dust and low efficiency; coal flow and auxiliary transportation system is low in intelligence, and intelligent monitoring, intelligent early warning and remote intelligent control cannot be realized.

The lack of scientific and data basis leads to the failure to maximize sales profits, the difficulty in expanding sales radius, and the inability to flexibly control the rhythm of production and marketing.
